FOR VPS SERVER AND DEDICATED SERVER:

Control / Hardware / network:

  • Check and handle all errors that occur on VPS virtual servers caused by physical servers.
  • Check to handle all errors that occur on the hardware of the private server.
  • Support shutdown / reboot / power on private server
  • Check transmission speed, domestic and international routing errors.
  • Check the I / O (read and write speed) of the drive on the VPS virtual server. If the write speed is below 50Mb / s, please send a ticket to the technical department to check and handle.
  • Check and handle all errors that belong to VPS Control Panel (https://client.tgs.com.vn) like cannot VNC, cannot reboot, start, stop, mount ISO, etc.

System operation, software, install backup system configuration:

  • Support configuring backup data, source code website, MySQL database periodically by minute / hour / day / week / month … at the request of customers (only applicable to Linux / Unix operating systems).

  • The backup data will be stored on your own VPS / private server.
    If you use Windows operating system or want to store backups on dedicated storage server, please use Digital World’s Remote backup service.

  • Support for reinstalling VPS operating system: Customers can manually mount ISO and reload operating system for Windows operating system and select

  • Reinstall button with Linux operating system. However, if you need Digital World for reinstallation, please send support ticket, we will support you to reinstall the operating system for VPS.

  • Support to change the administrator account password on the operating system of virtual server VPS / private server. Note: In some cases, the technical department must reboot the server to change the password for you.
    Search, delete files that take up large storage on virtual server VPS / private server on demand.

  • Check and fix errors of OpenSSH remote administration connection for Unix / Linux operating system and Remote Desktop with Windows operating system.
    Support for checking operating system errors:

  • If the VPS virtual server / private server encounters an error on the operating system, the technical department will assist customers to check and fix the error.

  • In the worst case, the operating system cannot be restored, the technical department will support data copying and support reinstalling VPS for customers.

  • Support for service error checking: Apache service error checking /
    Nginx / Lighttpd / PHP / MySQL / Exim / Postfix / Zimbra / OpenVPN.
    Support upgrade version of Apache / Nginx / Lighttpd / PHP / MySQL services.
    Note: Data recovery is not supported on VPS / private servers if data has been deleted / corrupted.

  • Support checking and finding malicious code on the website if customers request.

  • Support for checking and identifying attack methods.

  • Support configuration of layer 3 firewall and web application firewall in layer 7 to limit / prevent attacks.

  • Note: In case of a severe DDOS attack, your website / application may be accessed more slowly than usual.

FOR COLOCATION SERVICE:

Hardware / network:

  • Support check to determine if the error occurs whether it belongs to the server’s hardware or not (RAM / HDD / CPU).
  • Check transmission speed, domestic and international routing errors.
  • Support shutdown / reboot / power on private server.
  • Check conditions of temperature, humidity, power source at DataCenter located server.

Operating system / software:

  • Support to change the password of the server operating system administrator password of the server.
  • Check and fix errors of OpenSSH remote administration connection for Unix /
  • Linux operating system and Remote Desktop with Windows operating system.
  • Note: In some cases, the technical department must reboot the server to change the password for you.

Issues outside the scope of support:

  • Installing software that violates copyright or law.
  • Interfering directly with the website source code of customers to fix errors that are not caused by servers.
  • Customer violates the terms of service of Digital World.

Indemnity:

  • Digital World will not be responsible for security vulnerabilities that have not been disclosed as a temporary remedy or patched by the manufacturer.
  • Digital World is not responsible for the data inside VPS / private servers, customers need to have their own data backup policy.
  • Digital World does not support data recovery on virtual servers VPS / private servers if the data has been deleted / corrupted.
  • Digital World only performs technical operations, provides documentation from the manufacturer (if any), does not explain or guide how to perform detailed configuration.
